Kalyela Josephs, 'Coach Kay,' Embracing Your Spirituality and Sexuality

Coach K is a spiritual life coach that is helping the LGBTQ+ Community fully embrace their spirituality and sexuality. Growing up in a conservative family, she was taught that being a queer person was not ok. When trying to express her sexuality in a parochial religious environment, everything that she worked for was almost taken away from her. Eventually, she learned that she could live as an out person, but that was not enough. She had to go back and heal herself from her past traumas in order to blossom into the person she is today.
